Today is Father Day but I’ve had a Father’s Week.  Time for a quiet day of rest & contemplation! 🙂
Four nights this week brought me even more of the magic of salsa dancing with amazing partners – particularly at Southampton University Student Union on Saturday where I had an interesting chat with a lady who asked me about my life since salsa began. It reminded me how I got where I am today and how much I love my life and the people in it!
Although she had never danced salsa before I lead her to learn the basics in 30 seconds with no words spoken and lead her to make other moves as I expanded her repertoire to match the progress she was making. The smile on her face as she discovered she could dance was the only reward I needed!
