MONDAY IS FAREHAM MARKET & CHIPS DAY!

12:00 After 5 nights of salsa dancing, rest day number 1 is welcome:

Salsa keeps me fit without pain – makes me happy – provides friendship with and affection for lovely people and – most of all – the glorious feeling I get while dancing my legs off and afterwards when I remember yesterday & dream of tomorrow!

.

12:30 Drove to Fareham via Asda to replenish a few items and top up my electricity key. Had some lovely chips, wandered through Fareham Market & Shopping Precinct, returned to the only free car park in Fareham and drove home.

.

14:45 Good heavens – why can’t I lose my electricity key before I’ve put £30 on it! There’s only £3.97 left which is about 4 days worth and it won’t turn to emergency unless I put the key in! I’ve been on the phone to E.ON UK for ages just hoping to get through and get them to send me a new key quickly and get a credit for the £30! They say they’re very busy – what at 2:45pm on a Monday – who are they trying to kid! Lol
.
15:15 Only half an hour waiting for an answer and a nice friendly lady has given me a number which I have to give to The News Boutique in Gosport in an hour’s time in exchange for a new key with £30 credit on it! 🙂
.
17:00 Excellent service except finding The News Boutique at 70 High Street in Gosport is not easy when hardly any shops have numbers showing and it turns out that the numbers are sequential with around 74 & 75 being near the Gosport Ferry end with <74 going west on the right and >75 going west on the left AND the shop has changed its name to Premier Express – Knight’s Convenience Stores! Lol
