Event 2017-02-18: TLC Ball – Salsa, Tango, Kizomba & Swing
The balls that TLC hold at Winchester Guildhall are always impressive and successful. People come from all over the country which makes them events not to be missed. This is the 21st year since the birth of TLC in Southampton. I learned salsa in 2003 with TLC so my first loyalty has always been to TLC and the amazing lady who runs it: Tracie Gooch.
