04:30 Just got back from Salsatricity at Barnet – later than expected because I stopped off for a sleep around 30 miles out from Gosport as I had danced non stop from 10pm to midnight and blew my legs away! I’ll sleep until at least midday – possibly 2pm before getting up and looking forward to my 5th night of salsa dancing while a feed my spirit with memories of dancing with so many lovely salseras and feed my body with Natural Low Density Eating:
