21 June 2020: 9 weeks ago I noticed my weight had gone up to 14st10lb having dared to weigh myself at last and realised that my cheating on my Natural Low Density Eating had gone too far. Instead of having chips only twice a week, I was having them every day as a reward for walking the first 2 miles of my daily salsa walk. I had also started to include hard cheese because I discovered that all the lactose in the milk had been digested by bacteria, but of course it is nevertheless not a natural food, is a highly processed food and is very high in fat! After all, the main thrust behind my way of eating is not eating processed food! There’s nothing wrong with chips occasionally but every day is definitely out! Cheese is definitely out altogether and now forever! Lol

Anyway, my weight has now gone down to 13st6lb and I’ve got another stone to go. I didn’t take a before picture because I was ashamed of the bad shape I was in, but now I’m not too bad for a man aged 74 so here’s the after 9 weeks picture having lost 18lb. The important point to remember is that I did not reduce my calories in any way – I just kept to my natural low density way eating and not eating these foods! This means that, when I achieve the correct weight, I just carry on eating the same way so there’s no danger of putting the weight back on again . . .

9 July 2020: Down to 13st2lb today – 4lbs less than 18 days ago – slow progress is best to avoid loose skin forming – here’s a new picture which I think shows an improvement in my figure! 😉

10 July 2020: Now there’s less internal fat, when I breath out, hold my breath and lift my chest a hollow forms which is the first stage of Nauli Kriya.

When I put on extra weight – mainly internal fat – I could not form this hollow but continued to perform Nauli Kriya 3 times a day without the hollow. This means the muscle isolation cannot be seen by anybody watching but it nevertheless happens and has the same beneficial effects. Losing internal fat will enable me to make the exercise visual again and I will provide pictures as this happens.

22 August 2020: I’m down to 13st0 (83kg) but have lost a lot more internal fat than the loss of a couple of pounds since 9 July would suggest as you can see from the latest photo and video below! I have a feeling my old weighing machine is not very reliable . . .

1 September 2020: I’ve just put on my old 34 inch jeans and they fitted at last showing that my current weight of 12st13lb is about right but then I tried on my even older 32 inch jeans and they fitted too – though a bit more tightly! A nice present for my 75th birthday tomorrow when I’ll add some pictures if I’m in the mood!

10 October 2020: I’m down to 12st7lb now and my Nauli Kriya exercise is working a lot better than last time I posted a video on 22 August. See video here

22 November 2020: I’m down to 12st2lb (77.5kg 170lbs) now and my Nauli Kriya exercise is working really well with good isolation of Rectus Abdominis (6 pack) but side to side using the obliques needs more work! See video here.

22 August 2020: Now there’s even less internal fat – and I’ve practiced isolating my abdominals with the hollow – my Nauli Kriya exercise is looking better!

31 March 2021: My weight according to my old analogue scales is down to 11st13 but my new digital scales say 12st7 is my actual weight! My Rectus Abdominis (6 pack) is better isolated by the Nauli Kriya exercise and my side to side movement is now good and feels amazing! It feels like I’m being massaged from the inside! Below my weight chart before 28 November 2020 has been adjusted to what my new digital scales would have measured which is around 7.6lbs more!

31 March 2021: My weights before 28 November 2020 have been adjusted to the new digital scales. I was 208lbs (14st12) on 2 May 2020 and went down to 178lbs (12st10) just before Christmas. I then allowed myself to increase to 185lb (13st3) over the Christmas/New Year period and have now gone down to 175lbs (12st7). The blue line shows the actual weight recorded and the red line makes allowances for how much I ate that day before the weighing.

ABOUT NAULI KRIYA

I can already do all the exercises presented in the video below and have done so for many years but not visibly since I gained weight – mainly internal fat. My aim is to reduce the amount of internal fat and practice isolating my abdominals while my breath is expelled and my chest lifted up until I can do so as I used to a few years ago!
