NOTES

The picture shows the whole meal on a 10 inch plate – enough for two ladies but only just enough for me! I discovered that garden peas are much tastier than any other form of peas and I have to say that this mixture of kidney beans, peas and sardines was totally delicious. Sardines have more oil in them than tuna and the extra taste of this in combination with the texture makes it the best of all the meals that I make within the rules of my Natural Low Density Eating plan!
