Meal 20: Chickpea & Tuna Soup

An 8½” x 2″ bowl full – just enough for me but probably enough for 2 ladies!

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Measure 300ml of the gravy from the last cooked meat into an 8″ bowl.
  2. Drain the chickpeas and and add them to the bowl.
  3. Drain the tuna and add it to the bowl.
  4. Mix well and microwave at 800W for 5 minutes.
  5. Add salt to taste and serve the soup.
