Meal 18: Carrot and Sardine Soup

An 8½” x 2″ bowl full – just enough for me but probably enough for 2 ladies!

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Dice the carrots and and place them in a plastic container.
  2. Microwave at 800W for 10 minutes.
  3. Measure 300ml of gravy from the last cooked meat into an 8″ bowl.
  4. Drain the water from a can of sardines and break them up into the bowl.
  5. Microwave at 800W for 4 minutes.
  6. Mix the carrots into the soup, add salt to taste and serve the soup.
