2018-06-08: Que-Rico Salsa Party at the Bedford in Balham!

Philip Frost and Miguel Mayana run a monthly salsa event at The Bedford in Balham which is one of my favourite venues. The main room for salsa is ideal: wooden dance floor, capacity for 250 dancers, excellent sound system, air conditioning that works and  free parking nearby in Sainsbury for 250 cars! There is one other room devoted to kizomba and the event is called Que Rico which means to a Spanish speaking salsa dancer something like: Isn’t it wonderful! Above all the venue has a friendly atmosphere and attracts all the best dancers from miles around thus guaranteeing me my salsa fix many times over in one evening!  I usually aim to arrive around 10pm for the club dancing which usually begins around 10:15.

Tickets: £10
