Tonight was Tropical Sunday at the Drift Bar run by DALE Afro Latin Entertainment from 7pm to 12:30am. Salsa Cubana at Drift is run by the amazing Kasia Rajca most Sundays with two rueda lessons at 7pm & 8pm! I usually go around 9pm for the social dancing – particularly with Kasia herself who rocks on the salsa dance floor. Tonight I went early to make sure I got a dance with Kasia and it was just as well because her 2nd rueda session finished at 8:50. I had one dance with her and then she had to go home as she hadn’t eaten. There being no other dancers there I went home as happy as a sand boy!
There’s plenty of parking round the back in the Ashby Place car park.
