Philip Wake 00:23 (after 1.5 hours at the event) Oh dear – only 2 people in the salsa/bachata room and nobody dancing salsaton in the reggaeton room! Never mind – 5 hours to go – things might improve – and there’s Scalalatina on Sunday night . . .

Philip Wake 00:30 Just had an excellent salsa with a young lady – things are looking up!

Philip Wake 00:45 Just danced with a load of girls who wanted to learn salsa!

Philip Wake 01:10 “Are you from South America” she asked – “Yes, Uruguay!,” I replied! 😉 (I decided to go with the flow Karina 😉 ) [Karina laughed!]

Philip Wake 01:16 Salsa room now full! 🙂

Philip Wake 01:50 The main room is completely full of people waving their arms around and watching two young ladies twerking on stage. They boasted 1800 people were coming and I think it may have been true!

Philip Wake 03:00 Time to go home – bought a hot dog from a street vender for only £3.60 in Brixton Town Centre – wanted some chips really but it was too far to walk and the dogs smelt hot!

Philip Wake 05:30 Slept in the car for an hour on the way back – now off to bed to rest before going to one of my favourite events: Scalalatina!

Philip Wake 15:30 A knock on the door while I was still asleep in bed! It was my girlfriend with an Easter egg and a kiss for me! See you all later at Scalalatina! 😉 💘
