Ola Latina, The Latin Passion, London Dance Cartel UK, Bachata Spice & Salsateca London run an event called Madre Rumba Meets Bachata Spice every second Saturday at the Pimilico Academy.
Venue: Pimlico Academy at Lupus St, London SW1V 3AT
Schedule: Every second Saturday of the month
Times: Lessons from 8pm, social dancing from 9:45 to 2am
Tube: 2 minutes from Pimlico Station
Parking: Plenty of free parking after 8:30pm in surrounding roads.
Ticket: £12 (You must bring your ID)
Format: Salsa in the large ballroom, bachata next to the bar in the corridor, cubana in a separate room.

Philip Wake Well done Ola Latina, The Latin Passion, London Dance Cartel UK, Bachata Spice & Salsateca London – moving to the 2nd Saturday certainly worked well – all the rooms were well populated until the end apart from during the exciting competition and excellent performances. The night was humid – and I spent as much time outside cooling off as inside dancing my . . . legs off – but it was a night of superb quality!
I had some lovely bachata dances to warm me up – sensual suits me nicely – and then lots of dynamic salsa dances from which I choose one which was the best of all and that was with Abena who matched my energy throughout our wonderful dance together! 😀❤️
