Kasia Rajca, an amazing salsa dancer & teacher, provides a salsa social at the Outside-In Food Court in Portsmouth every Tuesday which include salsa and bachata dancing lessons. See the Salsa Solent Portsmouth facebook page or Salsa Solent Portsmouth facebook group for more information about this and other events presented by Kasia. The original venue for the event was the Art Coffee House but Kasia‘s salsa family became so large after 14 weeks she had to move to a larger venue. As the new venue is only 5 minutes walk away from the original her salsa family has no problem getting there!
Venue: Outside-In Food Court at 56 Middle Street, Portsmouth, PO5 4BP
Parking: There’s plenty of free parking for 3 hours in the nearby roads.
Times:
- 7:30pm Bachata lessons
- 8:15pm Salsa lessons
- 9pm Social dancing
- 11pm Close
Entrance: £4 for social dancing only – £6 including the lessons.

Philip Wake Kasia’s salsa family seems to be getting even bigger – more and more new people keep coming every week. I had a lot of fun tonight dancing with Barbara (long time no see), Madalina, Beata, Tina, Agnieszka, Sandra and many other charming ladies including Teodora, a beginner with whom I had an amazing salsa because she seemed to be able to feel through my lead what I wanted her to do and just do it without thinking! ❤️
