Philip Wake I danced with a guy tonight who wanted to learn how to salsa but found it impossible to follow the instructions of several people who were trying to help him. I just told him that salsa dancing is like walking with a little bit of drama thrown in and then just lead him to do the basic step, a clockwise turn and a cross body. After a few bars he got it and started adding some drama to match mine. Now he really wants to learn because he knows how it feels to actually do it! 😉
