Day 117 Salsa Walk
31:23 + 30:31 = 61:54 (new record for the 4 mile return trip)
On an overcast late afternoon in a cool breeze I knocked over 2 minutes off the old record set only 2 days ago. It looks like I'll only be able to walk to the ferry as fast as I walk back home if I warm up before I start walking! There seems little doubt that walking to salsa music is motivating me to walk faster with a passion I didn't feel before! Thank you whoever provided the tempo reduction app - it was just what I needed!
